PANTS!

Been a couple of days now.....  Went to the gym the other day (Thursday) really felt the difference of not going for a while!  I was unable to do the same weights I used to do previously!!  Still, at least I got there!!

Still not been for a run though!!  .......  Guess that's the next big challenge!!

Diet's been going OK, not lost any more weight though but what I have lost is a bonus and I'll take that thank you very much!!

Been really pissed off today though....... Not helping things, but, to be honest, deep down, I know a run would help!!!!!!
