Running 1 - 0 Diet

Right, here again!!  Weight's up and down......  Nowt new there then!!  It's always the weekend that causes problems, whether I'm at work or not!!  So, guess I'd better be good for week then!

The running is going OK, set myself a schedule, and, for the first week (last week) I have kept to it!!  This week, the snow had fallen outside and I really don't like to run in the snow.....  I find it really scary!!  Anyway, we'll see how it goes!!

Feeling good today!  Had a nice chat with one of the Managers yesterday, went quite well, not like a certain someone else expected but there you go!!

Right, must get on!  It's 10:30 am and I'm still in my dressing gown!!  Not starting work till 2 though!! :)

OK, it's now the evening.....  This morning I did a run on my treadmill.......  O M G!!  I ran for 4.35 miles and it took me 53 mins and 51 seconds.....  Now here is the good bit........  I did it none stop!!  So pleased with myself!!!  Brilliant!!!
